Hungarian sauce for meat etc

Whenever you are in a jiffy and you don’t have anything to go with the meat you are cooking then perhaps try this Hungarian delicacy. All you need is some onions, garlic, tomatoes and whatever pepper you have on hand. If you got some paprika spice then that is a plus. If not then simply using ground black pepper does the trick.

Pepper (green, yellow, red etc. Doesn’t matter what).
Olive Oil
ground black pepper

First thing first is to chopped up everything and keep them on the side ready to be added to the pan. Next you add the onions and sauté them (about 10 minutes). Next add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together. Remember to never cook under medium or high heat while cooking everything in the pan. Low heat is the best; slow and steady.

  1. I forgot to mention that spanish onions are generally the best for this recipe!
